Photo Art - Work Description
This portfolio of scenes from around Taos, NM is an exercise in bringing together
the two mediums of photography and web page design as a combined art form.
Instead of just dropping a photo onto a web page, here I've integrated
the two into a complete presentation.
Ordinarily, photo images are cropped to achieve a strength of focus and composition, often by sacrificing the overall environment. A different approach is used in this portfolio to retain the greater environment in which one or more particular areas of special interest are then emphasized.
The parts are often better understood if kept within the context of the whole.
