Faith Welsh’s collages portray her response to the images she sees around her. A native of Connecticut,
Welsh moved to British Columbia and managed Grand Forks Art Gallery from 1987 - 1992 where she
concentrated on working with large abstract acrylics and collage. Snow Lion Studios was launched in
Canada in 1993 and the Taos extention opened in 2005. Welsh is currently experimenting with personal
surfaces, innovative techniques and walking the creative path in her watermedia pieces. |
